General Introduction:

This is a kind of CNC Wire Forming Machine for 2D and 3D, and can process wires with different specifications and shapes. All the data can be input by the touché screen. The moves of machine head are controlled by the servo motor to ensure the working accuracy, and largely increase the speed of head moves, which is increasing the producing efficiency in the same time. Furthermore, the machine can bend 5 wires all at once to further increase the producing efficiency. It can process both head of the wires simultaneously to improve the degree of symmetry, and also can bend with single head. It can bend different angle through encoder setting, and can achieve more than 6 angles.

4.Before gliding head, there is an automatic stop feeding plate. After a processing finished, the plate will drop down automatically. You just put one end of the materials to the stop feeding plate while putting feedings, and the plate will rise automatically after clamping to prevent interference caused during the wire forming.

5.This equipment can be set through program control according to the accuracy, to meet different shapes and wires.

6.The program memory function can memorize the processing formulas. You just retrieve the formulas to finish the wire forming when process again.
